# Claude 突遇大规模服务中断，全球数千用户受影响
BlockBeats 消息，3 月 2 日，据监测网站 Downdetector 报告，Anthropic 旗下广受欢迎的人工智能聊天机器人 Claude 于本周一遭遇服务中断，数千名用户反馈了使用问题。目前故障的具体原因尚未明确。
Anthropic 在最初的状态更新中表示，部分服务出现了「错误率升高」的情况，并已于伦敦时间上午 11:49 开始调查该问题。根据该公司的状态页面显示，此次停机不仅影响了使用 Claude 聊天机器人的用户，还波及了 Anthropic 的编程服务 Claude Code。
