BlockBeats 消息，**4 月 20 日**——据 **CoinDesk** 援引知情人士报道，**Coinbase** 正与加密货币交易平台 **Bybit** 合作，探索将**代币化、托管与分销**应用到**美国公开市场以及 IPO 前股票**等资产的可行路径。
知情人士同时补充称，目前的讨论**不包含任何形式的股份收购**或类似交易。
此外，Bybit 进军美国市场的计划，将由**前联合首席执行官 Helen Liu** 领导一个**新实体**来推进，并计划与一家**未公开身份**、提供**牌照与合规性服务**的本地合作伙伴开展协作，而合作主体并非 Coinbase。
